Horrible place to live!

I lived in the Aliso Creek Apartments close to 4 years and I had trouble with the community and management from day one. I would NEVER recommend this apartment community to ANYONE! Here is a list of the things that were a problem:
* Management was rude and unhelpful.
* Maintenance did not fix problems, keep having the same problems.
* Noise levels from screaming children very high.
* Theft and break-in were frequent in the community.
* Late charges to rent checks assessed wrongly.
* Apartment had termites.
* Poorly insulated and could hear the pipes in the walls.
* Wrongly accused for lewd acts and served written warnings.
* My friends car was towed at 7pm, who was just visiting.
* Kept $300 of my $400 deposit for painting, cleaning, and flea spray. Even though in the walk through they said Id be charged only cleaning with a signed document.
a. They legally have to paint between tenants
b. The apartment needed new carpet when I moved in due to cigarette burns and spots.
c. The apartment was damaged when I moved in.
d. My parents helped me clean the entire apartment before I moved out.
e. There were no fleas in my apartment AT ALL, but they said they spray anyway for an additional $35.00 on top of the $95.00 for the cleaning fee.
This apartment community deserves to be legally reprimanded for the lack of professionalism and poor apartment standards.
