It feels like the upstairs neighbors are going to come through the floor. We hear everything they do, from washing their dishes & watching tv, to using the restroom! We've lived here 6 mo & we've had the water heater break twice, the toilet leak, the a/c not work when we first used it, & the dishwasher has never worked right. I don't know if they aren't capable of fixing these things right, or if they just buy cheap materials. Regardless, they need more maintenance people because there is always a delay of AT LEAST one day--no matter if there is water leaking all over or if it's 85 degrees in your apartment! Parking is ridiculous & the kids are out of control-(I've almost hit two of them with my car because they race around corners on bikes & scooters with no parents in sight). The rent is cheap & that is the ONLY reason we are staying until we buy a home.
