WHAT TO EXPECT FROM RENTING From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have lived at Aliso Creek for 2 years, and currently still rent. I have had no problems getting maintenance out when necessary for things like a leaky faucet and the microwave. Noise' Yes, you will hear noise from your neighbors as well as children.Just a reminder, we are renters, not OWNERS! My rent has not been increased in a year. I lived at another sares-regis community and this complex is better. Yes, the parking situation can be a better, they only tow cars that are parked inside the complex without the appropriate tags.
