My car was towed by Mission Viejo Towing on the 3rd day I was living here. They are rude and almost got me to sue them for extortion. Aliso Creek Apartment's leasing office told them that I "should know the rules by now because I have been living there for 4 months." They do not deny this and I had to pay $500 dollars total for this outrage. I will be shorting the rent this month due to this and if they try evicting me, I will file a lawsuit with the city since the parking is not clearly marked as resident only (and I am a resident).

The office refused to help in this matter stating a "fair renter's" policy. Is it my fault that you guys took my license plate number when I moved in and they still tow it' My wife's grandmother had just died and she was out of town (she is the registered owner of the car) so I had to leave it in their lot for a week and a half.
