Management has been unhelpful and dishonest. They try to rip tenants off when they get the chance. So, as another reviewer recommended, it is very important to carefully document the apartment condition before moving in and out, and audiotape the move out inspection. They kept all our deposit and tried to extract additional money claiming a stain in the carpet. Before we moved, we were told not to worry about the carpet since we lived there more than two years. The carpet was already in bad condition when we moved in, but we unfortunately did not take pictures. They also did not give us a proper move out inspection, as required by a new California law.
