Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
First of all, windows of our apartment so close to our neighbors that I have to keep blinds all day. Forget about privacy! think about electricity bills:)
Secondly, we're not allowed to take a shower after 10 p.m. because it's disturbing for our neighbors!!! the building is 18 years old, that's the reason, I guess...
Another problem it's kids on the road- right behind your car! Though, it's not only local problem.
Almost everything is broken, but maintance people just scary, so I don't want to invite them to often, and my husband trying to handle them on his own.
Actually, I just mentioned some of my concerns, not all. But I think, it's enough for you to make a conclusion...
