If you are considering a move to this complex, don't do it. One of the worst places we have ever lived in. Our apartment in Oakland, CA (built in the 1920's) was better than this place.

First off, the management is incompetent and unhelpful - whenever we have asked for information on apartment policy, we get innane and inaccurate answers. Second, the apartments, themselves, are built rather poorly. We can here everything our neighbors do. We understand that we live in an apartment and we will hear some level of noise, but are we supposed to able to hear the ceiling fan from the apartment units next to us' Lastly, the architectural design of the units may look good, but is not practical. Because the balconies are enclosed, any noise or cooking smells (i.e. barbeque grills) are retained in the area and become magnified. This means that the surrounding units get a large dose of "whatever" that comes from the lower, upper, or next-door unit.

And these are just a few examples of the many problems we have faced during our time at this complex.
