This apartment complex on a daily basis is becoming the refuge for derelicts and dumping grounds "latch key" kids. Over the past few months gangs of kids are now overtaking the community. These gangs generally have 10-13 kids in them and terrorize each other and the residents. There is constant screaming, yelling, running, skateboarding, rollerblading and more anywhere and everywhere (the pool, driveways, sidewalks, breezeways, etc.) on the premises. Don't come here thinking that you will get the right to quiet enjoyment. You won't. The management will make every excuse in the book to keep from enforcing the rules and regulations. If you are an unruly adult or have unruly children this is the place for you. If not, seriously consider another apartment community.
