Don't move here, won't give you sec. deposit back and 2 registered sex offenders

I lived here for ten years and when I moved out they never gave me my deposit back. They said it was for normal wear and tear. Finding out from previous neighbors, they are gutting out apartments after each tenent moves and refurbishing them with granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances all new cabinets and top of the line carpet. I'm taking them to court, fair housing said they should only charge for normal wear and tear & to refund most of our security deposit which I did not receive. When you call the mgr to verify this they lie and say we are not fixing up units. Previous neighbors are taking pictures of the changes. Also they have two registered sex offenders who live here and nothing was told when I moved in had to find out from the neighbors when we moved in. Also there's this girl in the office my the name of Megan she is a very snotty -----. Very rude when you call. She used to be here along time ago and now she is back and all my old neighbors are writing letters to sares-regis to have her fired. No one can stand her, she has a very bad attitude. Also there is a girl by the name of Rachel and when I lived ther I told her I had lost my mailbox key and she would not even get up to look for it, just kept on saying I haven't seen here. Ten minutes later I call I get the manager and told him about losing my key and he said he found it. It was right there. Rachel is a big fat girl and is too lazy to get off her ass and also needs to be fired.
