Great Apartment, Horrible Managment

The apartment is great! A spacious 2 master with a 1/2 bath down stairs and attached garage. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is nice with built in gas BBQ. If I could find this place with an HOA not a leaseing office I would buy it.
The staff is the worst! They are rude missleading and unhelpful. They will do nothing to assist you and would seem to prefer you left so they could get commission on re-renting your apartment.
I had a problem with a bill in a previous renters name. When I showed them proof they threatened me with eviction if i didn't pay it stating It was there "policy."
The longer you stay the more they gouge you. they increase rent by about 5% per year!
