I've lived here a few months now, and I really enjoy it. The management is nice, the cyber cafe is great (and the free delicious coffee); the complex is kept clean and trimmed; they make efforts to keep it looking fresh like a paint job with every building over the last several weeks; if I need something fixed or replaced, maintenance is great with coming within 24-48 hours to fix, including leaving me a voicemail if he ask a question, instead of just leaving a note or nothing at all that delays fixing the issue even more.

There is always a "however" right' The walls are paper thin, so you hear the neighbors upstairs, their bed squeaking in the mornings and at night (maybe not an apartment issue, but an overweight issue in my opinion); you hear them go to the bathroom; flush the toilet (plumbing goes down all one pipe apparently so you hear it coming down your apartment walls). That would be my only major tiff.
