Nice Place but Staff Not Helpful

We found the place on the internet and it was.

It is very nice, but the staff has serious attitude.

The actual managers are competent and helpful, but are usually busy with other things to help with general clerical tasks as answering the phone.

Upon moving in, we found some leaks and things that needed fixing, which were handled ratherly promptly.

The other tenants are generally nice, and the complex is well maintained.

Unfortunately, whenever you need anything or have a question, only a few staff members pick up the phone, and they are usually rude, especially the younger members, and very abrasive.

They do not answer questions, (largely due to the fact they know little) and if you are lucky to get an answer it is usually wrong.

The general attitude of the younger staff members is that "you are just a tenant, and you should be so happy that I am even speaking to you."

If you dont mind putting up with the regular annoyance of dealing with inexperienced staff whenever you have to deal with the property management, then this is nice place.

Otherwise, you may want to live elsewhere.

The rent is not cheap, and it is not too much to think that the office staff deal with tenants professionally and with some amount respect.
