It's okay for the short term...

The lady (staff) that spent about an hour talking to us about an apartment and giving us a tour of the grounds so we could pick our apt out, and whom we worked closely with on our relocation from the Midwest, seemed to not know us from Adam when we finally moved in a month later...Several of the other staff (women) are rude and seem inconvenienced whenever they are asked a question. But there were other staff members who were the polar-opposites and would chat with us in the on-site gym.
Unfortunately, they seem to allow large dogs and it was quite an adjustment when we would wake to barking early in the morning because there is quite an echo on the property, almost where ever you live. A lot of the apartments have exposure to parking lots, so that doesn't help either.
We had an ant problem also, but as long as we sprayed Raid maybe once per month in late summer around the baseboards, it wasn't that bad. You just have to take extra precautions to not leave food out or uncovered.
We haven't had any big problems that needed to be fixed, but I know the apartment below us had problems because whenever it would rain, the water would well up in our fireplace and would leak through to the apartment below us. I know they never fixed that problem...
This place is okay for the short term, especially if you are new to the area. I would give it a C /B-. It is so convenient to shopping and has no highway noise. In fact, it is super close to one of the highways and very convenient.
