Great place to live

I spent the pat year living at the Alize and enjoyed it.

I guess it is who you are and what you want, but for me it was perfect.

It was a little pricey, but I had a new apartment, washer/dryer, carport, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and fireplace.

There is a resort style pool, jacuzzi, and gym.

It is also close to everything you could need in terms of shopping - Costco, Home Depot, Ralphs, etc.

I found it just close enough to the freeway where you feel like you are living far enough away.

Ants were a problem when it gets hot, but it is a problem everywhere I have been in OC, and they do have exterminators if you report it.

I was happy with staff and management, and just moved to another Fairfield managed property due to work relocation.

I was very happy and had no problems.

They were accomodating to me when I wanted to stay on for an extra month before moving.
