It is a nice apartment community! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived here for 2 years and was looking at this site to help me chose a new place to live because of a job transfer. Anyway based on what I've read I wonder how useful these sites are, I have not experienced any of the things these people complain about. It looks like some people would only be happy with people jumping at their every need, or better yet living out in the middle of nowhere. I have always enjoyed the office staff and often stop in just to talk. The maintenance fixes things in a timely manner, and are also very friendly. Sometimes the gates don't work but nothing is perfect. I have never seen mounds of poop bags littering the property. The grounds are always fairly well maintained. Even if you own a house you may have noisy neighbors or barking dogs. Buy a fan to block out the noise or wear ear plugs. I wish people would give useful information, every property I've viewed is filled up with the obvious unhappy complainers who can never be satisfied.
