Their are too many reviews that are obviously written by Alize Management -
not by an Alize Tenant.

I have listed four reviews which should be deleted
from the rating.

12/29/04 - Very Content living at Alize

12/02/04 - Loved It, Wish we could have
stayed

11/06/04 - It Is A Nice Apartment
Community!

6/22/04 - I lived There and It Was Great

After deleting these four reviews, the recommended rating is 28% and the
overall rating is approximately 2.60.
