Miserable office staff

I'm a current resident at this complex and am not happy with the office staff.
I've had a few issues with my move in, i.e.
setting up gas, elec, sewer and move in date which I needed to work out with the office staff.
I've found them to be abrasive and rude...treating me as a second class citizen.
My attempts to be polite and reasonable are not met with the same in return.
Instead I recieve threating letters from them regarding eviction and lawsuits.
A little respect and human interaction would sove many problems.
After all I am a "customer" of Alize but I'm treated as if I were a criminal.
I second the dog crap comment on a previous posting.
I've found tennants to be slobs.
Leaving trash outside the door and dog crap and well in little blue bags provided by the management.
How about a nasty letter to these people about some consideration of their neighbors.
