staff is rude and they stole our security deposit!

The staff is rude, we had a rat lliving in the apartment and they didn't care, they took our security deposit after alleging that we left a dirty apartment, but that was impossible because we were NEVER THERE and we even hired service to clean before we left! They even had the audacity to charge us EXTRA!!! Don't live there, its loud, the gate was always broken, and its a rip off!
