Nice apartments, lousy customer service by leasing staff

My apartment and the amenities are great.
My only concerns about Alize are the administrative staff in the office.
They put a sign out directing residents to use the leasing office door rather than the regular office door because they are too lazy to sit at the front desk and answer questions.
They had to put a camera in the business center because they are too lazy to monitor who goes in and out of it and leave the door popped open all day.
When I've come to them with concerns, I've received the same response every time--"it's not my fault".
As I type this, there are two leasing consultants standing outside complaining loudly about the incompitence of their customers.
The maintenance staff are great.
My suggestion would be to do some secret shopping or put your office staff through some customer service training--they are in desperate need!
