Many Miserable days

For the first 8 months we lived at Alize we had to deal with a LOUD tenant above us who was up all night long stomping around anywhere between midnight and 6am, watching loud tv, slamming drawers and doors.
That tenant finally moved out and we were told we were getting a quiet, single neighbor....
but all we got was another couple whose stomping was louder than the first tenant.
We have had many SLEEPLESS nights, calling the patrol who did nothing.
Even a meeting w/ the tenant and landlord yielded no results.
We have had to out up with the noise and wait for our lease to be up.
The office staff appears to be caring of your concerns, but they really aren't.
Nothing ever gets done.
A couple of the staff members are pleasant, but most aren't even friendly.
I would NOT reccomend Alize unless you like wearing earplugs in your apartment and being woken up all night long.
