I live here now. It's not too bad, but there are definitely problems. Good: relatively quiet and safe. Staff have a few programs like free brunch and pizza days. Good gym and relatively competitive rent price. Bad: no elevators for upper floors, management really is pretty clueless on most things. If you need anything besides paying rent, you're in danger. They allow bbq'ing on patios which means I end up with a smoky apartment from my neighbors a LOT. Forget about parking your car here if you come home after 9pm. Overall, i don't think you're going to find much better places to live though since bad mgmt and issues with neighbors are standard features of just about every apt i've lived in.
