We're currently living there on a 940 Square Feet apartment. The apartment is on the second floor and we don't have anyone above or below us. The complex is clean, well kept, maintainance is always there right away when you need them. There's plenty of Parking. Apartments have crown molding! (where are you going to find that at'). The staff is great! I dealt with Peter and Carl and they're both always smiling and always willing to help you out with anything you need... Before you pay $50, $100, or even $150 dollars less to live somewhere else, think about this. Area where the apartments are, living space, parking situation, staff, washer & dryer... Alize is in one of the best areas of Aliso Viejo, new and clean. close to nice shops , apartments are spacious, parking space for visitors is no issue unlike other pats I've lived in, staff is great even after you sign up, washer & dryer are inside and included...
