A plant of mine leaked on the carpet and the lessors charged me $734 including my $199 deposit for the entire carpet when damage was only done to a small portion of the carpet.

This was a suprise to me because they called me to get my return address saying "I would get part of my security deposit back." The on-site management seem very nice but DO NOT TRUST THEM, BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN THE END.
