We lived on the first floor for a year and our apartment flooded twice. We were not compensated at all for it. It happened during our vacation time once so we're especially sore about it. The grounds are well kept and we have had no trouble with crime. The staff helped when the requests were minimal. Thank God we're out now!

The price is competitive and the location is great. The biggest problem we had was with the water leaking into our apartment.
