Nice Place to Live

I've been living at Alize for 6 months now, and I don't have the sort of problems mentioned.

The garbage trucks used to come at 7:00 am, but Peter in the office called and complained and they now do not come earlier than 8:00 am.

Prior to this change that was my only major complaint.

The office staff has been wonderful with me, but I don't recommend leaving messages on the answering machine b/c they sometimes don't get the messages for days.

If you have an important issue, it's only logical to call the staff DURING business hours and speak to them personally.

(They actually recommend that you come into the office to fill out a work order when you have a problem.)

Yes, some of the fixtures look cheap, but it is just an apartment.

I can tell the tenant who lived in my unit before me was a slob, so I wouldn't have expected management to put new fixtures in for people who won't take care of the place.

As for crime...I've researched this area b/c I have a small child, and this is one of the safest places to live in Orange County.

I have never had any problems or even seen anything illegal going on.

As far as I can tell, this is a very friendly, family oriented neighborhood, and I am very happy to be living here! Also, I love the free Sunday brunch when I can make it.
