I have lived at Alize since November 2006 and I have not experienced the same issues that are listed in some of the other reviews. My apartment fixtures and amenities are fine, the place was clean when I moved in and I LOVE the layout. I very rarely hear my neighbors, above me or beside me. The community is clean and on the rare occasion that I have had a maintenance request, it was taken care of in a timely manner.

I have lived in some rather "shady" apartments in my life and really this is no where near that level.
