The longer you live here, the worse it gets!

We've lived here 4 years and that was 3 years too many! The office staff is as sweet as sugar to you at the beginning but once you sign the lease they forget all about you.

The day we moved in we had a few things wrong in our unit including a broken faucet and a serious ant problem.

When we called to ask about getting things fixed they treated us like garbage.

I should've known right there that there were problems.

After that things weren't as bad since we really didn't need to deal with the staff as much.

But then they got a new bookeeper about a year later and we started having all sorts of issues.

She lost our rent check three times.

They didn't bother to call us to let us know.

We just came home and saw a 3-Day eviction notice on our door! And they never bothered to apologize for losing the checks.

They instead acted like it was our fault and even tried to charge us a late fee! Twice she even found our checks in the trash and another time they credited our rent to the wrong apartment! The maintance staff is not reliable either.

We lived here 4 years and our water heater broke FOUR times! Each time they replaced it with some cheap one that broke 6 months later.

And of course, every time it broke it flooded our living room and dining room.

They refused to clean the carpet let alone replace it after the numerous floods.

Our unit was a bottom one and the people upstairs had floods also that would drip down through the ceilings.

We had water spots all over the ceilings and it would take the maintance people months and months before they'd come back to repaint it.

When we moved out we still had things that were broken but were never fixed after numerous calls and requests were made.

I can only imagine what kind of mold is growing in the ceilings and walls of the units after all the flooding.

The water heaters in the complex are fautly.

I've literally seen them replacing one at least once a day in various units.

And to make things worse when you're apartment has 6 inch deep puddles in your living room and you call the office to file a report, they treat you like you're a bother.

They don't value their residents at all.

The only reason we lived here so long was because it is so close to the school but even then now that we've moved, I don't think the convience was worth it.

If I could do things over I would've moved out after the first year!
