DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! ---- ------- (property manager) is a lying, kaniving, sorry excuse for a landlord. Once you sign the lease, ---- will do everything she can to make you feel ignored, threatened, insignificant and not wanted!!! She appears to be a very unhappy person and I am convinced she gets joy out of making people upset. I honestly have never met a more disrespectful person in my entire life! Her staff isn't any better. They are great when you first meet them, but once you sign that lease, you mean NOTHING to them but just another apartment number. All they want is your money. ---- has called me SCREAMING because someone threw a party nearby and she blamed my family for it. We had nothing to do with this event - we weren't even home that night!! We were out of town for the whole weekend!!! And when I explained that to her she LAUGHED at me and continued YELLING and threatening me of eviction! She has gone out of her way to make us feel unwanted. Oh yes, on top of all this, ---- has never provided us with a copy of our lease agreement - totally illegal!!! We've been here seven months and she still refuses to give this to us! We now have our attorney involved and it's most likely going to end up in a lawsuit so we can get out of here before our lease is up. Yes, it's THAT BAD!!!! ---- has NO respect for anyone. She is a rude, angry person and TRUST ME (you will thank me for the rest of your life) DO NOT under ANY circumstance move to Alize Apartments!!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR $$$$$!!! Appliances are CHEAP!!!! My dryer has broken 4 TIMES in 7 months and I am not the only one!! All my neighbors complain about the same thing!! AND it took SIX work orders to get someone to come take a look at my dryer when it was SPARKING and causing what smelled like an electrical fire!!! And THREE more work orders to get them to FIX it!!! They have absolutely NO sense of urgency here! Yes you get a washer and dryer in your unit.... BUT THAT DOESN'T HELP IF THEY NEVER WORK!!!!!!!! Water heaters break ALL the time causing FLOODS in your apartment!! So far since I've been here, there have been 4 CASES (that I know of) just in my building of floods due to things breaking!!! So if you move here you better get GOOD insurance!!! The tenants above me had their water heater break and it flooded my garage....I couldn't get maintenence to come check my electrical sockets after they were COMPLETELY SUBMERGED in water!! If you like living with bugs and rodents, this place is perfect for you. It is absolutely DISGUSTING what you will find living in your apartment with you. Ask any resident. They allow big dogs here and people leave their dogs' feses EVERYWHERE!!!!!! I mean EVERYWHERE!!! It is soooo disgusting. PLEASE do your homework people!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED. These people are just money hungry and I really do not want any of you making the same mistake we did by renting here! Stay FAR away from Alize! Rent at City Lights, Alicante, St. Moritz or Barcelona...I have friends there and they LOVE it!! If it's the floorplan you're after, go to Alicante or Aventine...they're just down the street and they have the EXACT same floorplans!!!! You will be much, much happier elsewhere I promise!! This place is a joke!
