I am frankly shocked about the negative reviews I have read on here.

I have been very pleased with the apartment and staff.

It is a nice looking place, is well kept, and is very sound proof.

I am on the first floor, and never have heard noise from my surroundings.

(With that said, I only have a neighbor above me and on one wall to my left.

I back up to the school/park, so when I say its not loud, I mean it.)

What you will get:
1) no noise - at night there is no sound at all.

(I don't face the toll road, so I guess others might have more sound then I.)
2) nice amenities - Good fitness rooms, and nice looking pool.

(I have never used the pool.)
3) nice looking grounds - I swear that the manager is nuts about plants and flowers.

Very well kept.
4) Ample parking - I had a "fill my fridge" party with all my friends when I moved in...

they all found parking, not one complaint, about 15 cars.

(Most available parking is located in the back of the property...

therefore if you have an apartment closer to the toll road, you could have to walk a little bit to get to available parking.)
5) responsive maintenance - I have reported three problems while here, two of them were fixed the next day and the third was resolved in about a week.

Place is still rather new and doesn't look like things will break down.

(The week delay was on a very low priority issue of getting the key jammed in the door.

The key worked just fine, just difficult to turn.

Didn't bother me a bit that it took them a week to resolve.)
6) Attached garage w/ direct access - This is a plus for me
