NOT a good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   First of all, there ARE some pluses - LOCATION is close to 73, close to the AV Town Center with Edwards 20 Theatre, restaurants, Ralph's, etc. and a nice pool. While the overall place seems nice enough, there are serious health violations going on. Start with ROACHES and SILVERFISH. What makes this worse is that the office staff is in total denial of these issues and always makes it seem like you are the only one with these problems. Talk to another resident or two and you will find the same situation. I am a non-smoker. We had smoke coming in through out bathroom vent so much that it smelled like an ashtray. Nothing was done about this. I understand that you can't tell people to stop smoking but a little more proactivity and concern from the office staff might help. Also, because of nearby construction, this is a total dust trap. And, the fitness room, while handy, could be cleaner
