We enjoyed the complex during the first month or so, but as soon as my wife and I started having problems (plumming, garbage disposal, neighbors, etc) the staff started showing their true colors. Not returning voicemails, emails, even when you did get them on the line and they said they would call you right back - is just a small sample of what to expect. I have emailed the actual property manangers for Alize, and they didn't even respond to my complaint. The only good thing I can say about Alize, is that the actual people who work there, (handymen) are very nice.
