Alize is as bad as some of these reviews suggest. I was once attacked by an unleashed pit bull here. Also, they kept my deposit...3 months after I moved to another state, I cannot get them to refund my deposit or even return my calls. If you move here, be grateful if you leave with your health and money.

It pains me to see it as well.No one understands the Alize as good as I do in every way.This property has great potential.The location is perfect.It's open and gets a little ocean breeze,The views are spectacular, its built on a large piece of land so there is adequate space between apartments and more than ample parking, the grounds are nicely landscaped, the area is not congested or polluted.Its perfectly nestled in a small mountain range between Irvine and laguna beach.The floor plans are well thought out,All the ammenities You really want are there.Full size w/d,in a laundry room, 9 ft ceilings, crown molding, central heat and a/c,nice variety of floorplans, for the type of community it is the prices are very reasonable.Its a great place.What it needs is someone to love it,to appreciate it and treat it right.The ownership of the property has recently changed hands,perhaps in time they will figure out some ways to improve things here at the Alize.There is still a lot of great people that live here.

Sue them for full amount. It is slam dunk. They are required to return your security deposit or itemization of deductions within 21 days. No ifs ands or buts about it.
