Hi everyone,
Thought I would give an update to the group.
Alize is under new ownership.
On April 30th, Alize was purchased by Sequoia Equities, Inc.
They seem to know what they are doing.
Alicante, a complex down the street owned by the same group, has won awards in the past.
I think it's a good sign.
I guess we'll see...
