The management is rude, and unprofessional. The maintence staff says they fix things, but it is not fixed. All they care about is charging the tenants for every little detail. The apartment that I moved into was not ready when I got there, there was mold on the carpet, and a broken window. The people next door have 8 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment. Kids are always playing in the parking lot and in the streets. Parking is always a problem, there is not enough parking spaces. When I moved in I was never told which carport was mine and almost got towed. The 24 hour maintence guarentee is a joke. It took them almost a month to respond to some of my problems when I first moved in. If you like living in the ghetto, with rats and snails, then this is the place for you. You'll feel right at home with the molding carpet and the doors that are dented so badly, it looks like they have been shot at. I was unaware that Archstone was a SLUM LORD! My recommendation don't live here!!! Oh yea, and they raise the rent at least $300!!
