Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I've lived in 3 other apartment complexes, and this is by far the worst place i've ever lived. The biggest issue is the constant noise. There is no insulation between the floors, i can hear my neighbors snore at night. I live in a downstairs unit, and the thumping from the people upstairs is relentless, and they're just walking normally i'm sure.
Also some members of the management staff are extremely rude and even threatening, customer service is not a top priority.
When shopping for an apartment, always ask about how it was constructed, if they don't answer that means you probably won't be happy.
