Worst place I ever lived! You can here your neighbors through the walls, and if you live downstairs it sounds like your neighbor is stomping above you in boots! This got very annoying, especially when you're trying to sleep or watch tv. The parking problem is unbelievable, making any guests you have park down the street, which is a steep hill. Residence play games getting the extra spaces for themselves, leaving a large amt. of the carports vacant. There's someone who tries to tow cars too, be careful. The maintanace does respond quickly, but they do cheap repairs instead of really fixing the problems. This is if you can get ahold of the office staff, who are always gone. Manangement doesn't evict problem tenants, so good luck complaining about noise or any other problem you might have. Many apts have 8-10 tenants (this in 2 brs). Lastly, there are a lot of rats, bugs, rodents etc.. It was very typical to come home at night and have the front door covered with bugs. Items stored in our storage closet were destroyed from the rats. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
