One of the Best apartments I have ever lived in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I was quite surprised to read all the negative reviews about this apartment. I have been living here for 1 year and until now I have had absolutely no issues....infact I was quite surprised on atleast 2 occasions with the customer service that the management gave ..... 1. one of the sprinklers in the parking lot was misaligned and was sprinkling water over my car. Since it was hard water it left stains on my car, the ones that can not go with a normal carwash. When I complained the management promptly cut a check of 100$ which helped me get my car biffed and hence clean the stains.....Now here is the first instance where you actually see an apartment management giving a check to its employees... 2. My dishwasher was giving some problems it was changed promptly without much fuss with a brand new one. 3. Never had any issues about parking. 4. Never heard any noises. Its very quite.... 5. Very safe , infact a couple of times by mistake I have left my car unlocked and never has anything happened to my car or things inside.
