Yes, I use to live at this address too. The first year wasn't so bad, but with each year it got much worse. Loud music, noise, trash all over the place, kids playing ON TOP of the carports. You report this, they do the generic, letter on the door. It stops for a weeks and their back at it. It turned out to be an absolute nightmare. A friend of mine lives there now, just barely making a year. Renting two bedrooms for $1,400, just got his new lease, rent increase $250. Obviously, these people have lost their minds.

Youy're renting a two bedroom apartment for only $1400?! You know that is like $250 less than all of the other apartment complexes in the area, right?
