I can't belive some of these good reviews - saying it's quiet even though you can here your neighbors every noise, and that parking is great even though you might have to park down the hill and you can't have guests over.

The mainenence and office staff is a joke - you can't get ahold of them or get them to do much of anything. None of the maintence guys seem to know how to fix anything in the first place and must not be allowed to buy new parts or spend money because they'll use old parts from vacent apartments or do cheap temporary fixes instead of really fixing the problem. I was told that they would get me a new fridge when I moved in and that still hasn't happened. They are very good at making things look cosmetically perfect to lure you in like fresh paint and door knobs, new flowers in the entryway etc but leave serious issues that go unnoticed to apartment shoppers unresolved.

All in all, between the staff, the sh*tty apartment buildings, the noise, the bugs rats and raoches, the high rent, and the lack of guest parking, I would not come back even if they begged me.
