If you want a life of hell, move here. Here's just a few reasons:

1. Walls are THIN! So you're gonna hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors upstairs/downstairs/on all sides.

2. Everyone here is -------, so if you're anything BUT that, you're gonna be lonely, discriminated against, and feel a lot of hatred just for being...the minority.

3. There's a TON of NOISE EVERY NIGHT around the pool/jacuzzi areas, which is why no one in ANY of the apartments in that area ever lasts. Everyone's gone within a few months. Why the prob' Staff doesn't give a cr-p about any feedback, there's no nighttime security and it's left up to YOU, the good citizen, who's trying to sleep, to call the cops every time. Security is a JOKE here. There is none. If you're a single woman looking for a place you can feel secure, I'd recommend you just keep on driving and don't stop.

4. If you complain about noise, you DO get TWO RESPONSES: a) THEY INCREASE YOUR RENT!!; and then b) they "solve" the problem by not renewing your lease (so, remember, NOT to complain, :) It's exactly why this place constantly has an OCCUPANCY RATE OF about 50%, and why managers last as long as the tenants (usually a few months), because they don't give a sh-t. I mean literally every day there's a moving truck, moving someone out or moving some unsuspecting sucker in.

5. I've lived in many apartment complexes and BY FAR this one, despite it's rosy/"everything's great here" facade, is THE WORST.

6. Oh yeah, and don't go in the pool or jacuzzi. It's disgusting EVERY DAY. Kids are left there unattended all day long. There was a DROWNING a couple years back in the MAIN pool, which they quickly covered up.

7. Drugs / tattoos / everyone ramping up their car BASE levels to "out-ghetto" everyone else. It's almost funny, if it didn't just plain suck. For this quality of life, you might as well be in Costa Mesa or Santa Ana. And good luck making it to work in time. You're going to be so damn tired from all the after partying, ie after the 10pm "quiet hour curfew", you know, the one all the gangs just mock.

8. I also had some BLACK MOLD on the ceiling that I kept telling them about, but they ignored. It turned out to be toxic black mold, and well, that was just the end for me, and my kids. I took a photo before we left; ATTACHED. Beware those bogus "model apartments" they show you. If you're dumb enough to move here after all this, at least make sure they show you 3-5 NON-model apartments that are actually being occupied.

What a hell-hole.

I dont know, I live there now and think the place is pretty good. I mean, yes, the walls are super thin. Working the schedule I currently do, a shift that keeps me up pretty late, this /does/ suck at times. But, really, the facility is nice the Management has been nothing but kind, thus far. The surrounding area is beautiful. Price for the location is pretty bottom bracket. And I don't know what you are talking about, we have had NO issues with mold or anything like that. In fact, the only issue we HAVE had was something to do with my roommate's toilet, and they came and fixed it the same day. The pool area hasn't ever alarmed me. The jacuzzi is always hot - the pool heated and kept at a pleasant temperature as well. Oh, and the free WiFi if you are around that area? Ya that = awesome for someone who always has is iPod Touch with him. I guess an apartment is what you make it. And if you are a racist bigot like the OP, and feel the need to make issues where there are none, you are going to hate this place. Really, Caucasian people are not the only ones in this world, if you have an issue with Mexicans, don't live in a state that boarders the country.
