Management apparently likes garbage lying around, because it's the most memorable part of the Archstone experience. There are questionable neighbors everywhere, particularly in a rental community, but this place is a magnet for loud, brainless people. And what's with all the fake reviews on this site by management in 2004'! You can't be more obvious.
