Sure, this place is nice if you enjoy paperthin walls, lots of traffic noise, typical renter mentalities, helicopters flying overhead at night, and managers who act like they give a damn, but really don't. Remember, they are paid to get people to rent there, not to listen to your concerns (after signing a lease). What will they do about the teenage a**holes who bug you at night' Nothing. What will they do about the neighbor who decides to do his laundry at 3:00 AM' Nothing. What will they do about marshall law taking over there' NOTHING! Count on the rent going up at the end of each lease, no matter HOW long you have been a model resident. Other than that, it's a great place. I liked the garages.

This person sounds like they have a problem with other people (renter mentalities, helicopters, teenagers, neighbors, martial law? Welcome to Orange County apartment living) not the property itself. Not a useful review. Buy a house.
