After living here for just one year I was very surprised when I received notice to renew my lease and saw that for a new one year lease my rent was increasing by $270. Other options that where shorter were increased as high as $495 a month. When asked why there was such an increase in price I was told that is the comparable rent in the area. This is completely untrue. I ended up moving right around the corner, in a gated community with larger square footage and a fireplace for the same amount of rent I was paying here. Archstone is so not worth what they are trying to charge. I am one of four residents I know that this happened to and we have all or are in the process of moving out.

The office staff is horrible! I??ve had to submit requests two and three times to get work don??t done to my place. They don??t return phone calls and have no accountability except to say sorry.

Maintenance staff is good and very respectable of your things.

Community had a shooting over the Labor Day weekend 06.
