Big time rent increases and no sound proof between apartments.

Archstone Aliso Viejo will raise your rent at least 15% or even more per year. After your first year they will put together your next lease where say 10 months will be cheaper than a 12 month lease... Obviously so the sooner they can raise rent again for your next lease. 3rd year leasse now being raised by 23 percent. I'm now out of here.
If you have bad credit they will accept you though and you will deal with neighbors moving in and out all the time because of there huge rent increases.

Not a useful review. Doesn't specify what the original rent was for a comparison with the market. This person sounds like they just wanted to ----- out the management for raising the rent. If you expect perpetual flat rent, go live in your mom's basement.
