Decent. Well kept grounds. Great location for kids. Sometimes noisy from the drivers who believe they can augment their manhood with their car amplifiers and subwoofers. Maintenance staff is excellent as are most of the other apts in AV. Biggest gripe is with corporate management policies of always hiring the cheapest contractors to do mass replacement work. Water heater failures and water damage galore. Carpet guys definitely not PhD's. I may re-up for another year.
