The neighborhood is lovely and the park across the street wonderful if you have children, but that's it!

The management here sucks! They're wonderfully nice until you move in and then they are totally useless! They're supposed to give 24 hour notices before entering for any work, but they give notice the day they're entering! Basically they're corporate mouth-pieces that don't give a darn about the residents at all! If you have bad neighbors - oh well, management doesn't care! Your neighbors can do laundry at 3 in the morning, leave their dog-crap all over the ground, sweep their bird seed onto your patio and smole constantly... but management can't seem to fix any of those problems! It's RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Over the past few months we've heard gunshots on 3 different occasions and someone was definitely shot in September 2006. We no longer feel safe here and are definitely moving when our lease is up! Which brings me to another point... the rent raises are astronomical! The rent increases are 25% - 33% each year! It's insane!

Do yourself a favor and find a better community!
