This place has high rent low satisfaction
They are 80's style, nothing updated.
Countertops in Kitchen and bath are old school.
appliances are old and out dated.
Closet doors are ugly and out dated.
Blinds are old and outdated.
The plumbing is horrible. Toliets and sinks
backup almost daily.
As for safety I am concerned. We get banging knocks
at our door all hours of the night from
people just walking off the very busy laguna adoubon
(aliso creek road). the apt complex is on this VERY BUSY
major street.
You can't sleep because traffic is zooming by from early
am hours to evening. Let along all the Dogs barking at night.
If sleep matters to you, this place would be your nightmare.
For the same money I found out that I can leave here (counting the days)and go rent
a top of the line current styled apt elsewhere in the area.
there are so many lower priced rentals (homes, condos, apts)
that are worth the money. Stay away from
this place and go get yourself something worth
the money. You'd regret moving here, like most of
us current residents do. :(
