I have lived here for a couple of months now and I've had a much better experience here than at a lot of places I've lived at. Usuallly the staff at apartments are all nice to you until they get you into the apartment and then they turn into rude penny-pinchers.
I'd like to say that the staff at Aliso Town Center were very helpful (especially the maintenance and the front office guy, Andre).
The apartments are very nice and quiet with lots of greenery.

I've been living here for 5 years. Just moved out because constant noise disturbances during the night. At the very beginning we realized , we have to deal with party people above us who would never respect neighbors below, doing parties and wrestling games during the night. So many complains was sent to the office, they were helpless. There are always somebody in the pool at night drinking with friends or loud talking always until late night. We tried to complain but no result.People just ignore the rules. Terrible parking - can not find any parking spot after 8pm. I do not recommend it for working people seeking place to rest or relax , they will be disappointed. Unless you get some end unit with no neighbors above or below but at this case you'll deal with traffic around your apartment. We tried to deal with all the problems for a long time but at this time for the price they offer this apartment we feel like it does not worth to pay such a high price. There are more reliable town home apartments around Aliso Viejo for less.
