This place rocks! Parking is NEVER an issue no matter how many cars you own (we have 3), management is great, maintenance has a very quick response, the neighbors are quiet and respectful, the property is clean and beautifully maintained, and the floor plans are gorgeous. We have lived here for a year and a half and are going to keep renewing our lease until we are ready to buy a place of our own. Considering this is an apartment complex, it is really easy to make your apartment feel like home since there has not been any hassles what so ever since we have lived here. We would recommend this complex to anyone interested in moving to Aliso Viejo. We have researched all of the other apartments in the area and none offered as great of customer service and resident appreciation as the Aventine did. Also they have the best prices and move in specials around. Come see for yourself, you will know what I am talking about if you have been looking around Aliso Viejo for a place to live and you come check this place out. The service alone when you are just interested in renting is astonishing!
