As with all apartment living, you have to be careful in your location of your apt. We are on a backside facing a hill which is nice & quiet. We have met some nice people. We have a dog and they are very pet friendly, just about everyone there has a dog. We have enjoyed the staff, everyone has been nice and responsive. I would definitely reccommend it.
